Design Approval & Revision Policy (English + Hindi)
1. Client-Defined Design (Custom Requirement Based Work)
English: If the client has already provided the complete design structure, layout, or reference sample, and you have created the design exactly as per the given requirement, then the design will be considered approved in one go. The client can request only one minor change (like spelling correction, small color change, etc.). If the design fully matches the client’s given instructions, any further modifications will be treated as a new design task with separate payment.
हिन्दी: यदि ग्राहक ने पहले से ही डिज़ाइन का पूरा ढांचा, लेआउट या संदर्भ (sample) दिया है, और आपने वही डिज़ाइन बिल्कुल उसी के अनुसार बनाया है, तो वह डिज़ाइन एक बार में स्वीकृत माना जाएगा। ग्राहक केवल एक बार छोटे बदलाव (जैसे spelling या color change) की मांग कर सकता है। यदि डिज़ाइन पूरी तरह ग्राहक की आवश्यकता के अनुसार है, तो आगे के सभी बदलावों को नया डिज़ाइन कार्य माना जाएगा और नई भुगतान लागू होगी।
2. Designer’s Own Creative Design (Without Predefined Client Structure)
English: If the design is created by your own creativity without any predefined structure or layout from the client, then the client can request unlimited changes or revisions until the final approval. This includes designs made by AI tools or self-designed creative layouts.
हिन्दी: यदि डिज़ाइन आपने अपनी स्वयं की creativity से बनाया है और ग्राहक ने कोई predefined structure या layout नहीं दिया है, तो ग्राहक अपनी आवश्यकता के अनुसार असीमित बदलाव कर सकता है जब तक वह “Final Approved” न कहे। इस श्रेणी में AI-generated designs या self-created layouts भी शामिल हैं।
3. Payment Terms (भुगतान नियम)
English: Once the design is approved by the client, payment will be made within 30 minutes. If there is a network delay or bank server issue, the payment time may extend, but the payment will be completed on the same day — this is guaranteed. For any new task or redesign, payment will be processed separately.
हिन्दी: जैसे ही ग्राहक डिज़ाइन को approved करता है, भुगतान 30 मिनट के अंदर किया जाएगा। यदि network या bank server issue के कारण देरी होती है, तो समय बढ़ सकता है, लेकिन उसी दिन भुगतान किया जाएगा, यह सुनिश्चित है।
